Volunteer Opportunities: Join Us in Making a Difference!

We’re excited to have you join us for this fantastic event at the Milford Hills Hunt Club, and we need your help to make it all come together smoothly. Volunteers are an essential part of the success of this event, and there are a variety of roles where you can lend a hand and have a great time.

Volunteer Shifts and Roles

Volunteers are asked to sign up for 4-hour increments, and you can sign up for multiple time slots if you’re available! Below are the volunteer roles available:

  1. Morning Set-Up – Help get the event area ready, set up tables, signage, and other materials.
  2. Registration – Welcome participants, check them in, and ensure everything is ready for their participation.
  3. Selling Raffle Tickets – Help sell raffle tickets and assist attendees in getting involved in exciting raffle opportunities.
  4. Running Games – Assist with games during registration and/or manage Shooting Raffle Games on the course.
  5. Water Distribution – Keep everyone hydrated by distributing water to participants throughout the day.
  6. Photographer – Capture memories of the event using your own cell phone or digital camera.
  7. Live Auction – Help with the live auction by assisting with bids and managing the flow of the auction.
  8. Clean-Up – After the event, assist with cleaning up the course and tent area to ensure everything is put away and the venue is in great shape.
  9. Flurry Shoot – Help manage the Flurry Shoot, guiding participants and ensuring the game runs smoothly.
  10. Prize Pick-Up Verification – Assist in confirming the collection of prizes and ensure everything is handed out correctly.
